All Meta-sourced leads will be erased within 12 months after acquisition.

6.2 Facebook Pixel

Pixel code is embedded only on our Google Sites landing pages and works solely for users who submit forms or complete orders on our Website with opt-in. No Pixel activation occurs when you fill Meta’s in-app ad forms. You can turn off Meta personalized ads in your Facebook account settings.

7. Data Retention & Security

· Onsite transaction data: stored for 5–7 years per tax and cross-border legal requirements then anonymized and destroyed;

· Meta lead data: retained maximum 12 months;

· Marketing tracking data: deleted within 30 days once you withdraw your consent;

· Security Note: Online data transmission cannot guarantee absolute security, avoid sending highly confidential sensitive data via our Website.
